Community Rules

These rules apply to the forum, in-game chat where moderated by staff, and any other GADSCAPE community space. They sit alongside — and don't replace — the Content Policy and Terms of Service.

Be honest

• No scamming other players in trades, giveaways, or services
• No impersonating staff or other players
• Vote manipulation (multi-accounting, bots, paid vote services) is prohibited and reviewed against abuse signals, not deleted on sight

Be respectful

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse
• No doxxing or sharing others' personal information
• No NSFW or illegal content
• Disagree with a moderation decision or another player without personal attacks

Reporting

Every thread and post has a Report action. Reports are triaged by moderators and move through: Open → Under Review → Actioned / Rejected → Closed. Filing a bad-faith or spam report is itself a violation.

Moderation levels

Moderation is granular, not just role-based. In rough order of trust:

• Member — standard access
• Trusted Member — higher posting limits after an account ages and behaves well
• Moderator — can resolve reports, remove content, lock threads, warn or ban users, manage store orders and tickets
• Administrator — full site administration, including staff role changes

Consequences

Depending on severity and history: content removal, a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban — on the website and/or in-game. Every action taken by a moderator or admin is written to an internal audit log for accountability.

Appeals

If you believe a moderation action was made in error, open a support ticket or contact a moderator. The moderator who made the original decision should not be the sole reviewer of an appeal against it.

New accounts

To limit spam, new accounts have lower posting limits and cannot post external links for the first 24 hours. Limits relax as an account builds a normal history.
