Terms of Service

GADSCAPE is an independent gaming project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Jagex Limited. RuneScape, Old School RuneScape, Jagex and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, playing GADSCAPE, posting in the forum, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use GADSCAPE.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use GADSCAPE with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

One website account per player. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity — in-game and on the website — under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Game rules and conduct

Account suspension or termination may result from, among other things:

• Exploiting bugs, duplication glitches, or unintended mechanics instead of reporting them
• Using bots, macros, or other automation
• Real-world trading of in-game currency or items outside official store purchases
• Multi-accounting to manipulate votes, competitions, or hiscores
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse toward staff or other players
• Scamming or defrauding other players

5. User content

You remain the owner of content you submit (forum posts, guides, screenshots, media). By posting content you grant GADSCAPE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, cache, back up, and distribute it as necessary to operate and moderate the site. This licence ends when you delete your content, subject to reasonable retention for backups, legal records, moderation history, and content already quoted or referenced by others.

6. Prohibited content

You may not post, upload, request, sell, or link to:

• Malware, phishing links, or credential-harvesting tools
• Doxxing or other exposure of private personal information
• Illegal content under applicable law
• Unauthorized proprietary Jagex software, leaked source code, stolen client/server binaries, or other unlawfully obtained material — see the Content Policy
• Content infringing copyright or trademark rights of others
• Content falsely claiming official Jagex/RuneScape endorsement

7. Purchases

Store purchases are digital in-game benefits delivered to the character name you provide at checkout, not charitable donations. Pricing, delivery, and refund terms are set out separately in the Store Terms & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Platform rights

GADSCAPE may, at its discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts, in-game or on the website
• Wipe, roll back, or adjust game data to correct exploits or errors
• Preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities

9. Availability

GADSCAPE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The game, its features, and these Terms may change over time, including wipes, resets, or discontinuation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GADSCAPE and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or game, including loss of in-game progress or items.

11. Governing law

Governing law and venue will be specified here once the operating entity and its jurisdiction are finalized.
