Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: email, username, password hash
Content you post: forum posts, guides, images
Voting activity: which vote sites you claimed a reward from and when
Purchase records: order history and character name purchases are delivered to — payment card details are handled by our payment provider, never stored by us
Usage data: login timestamps, security events, moderation history
Technical data: IP address (for abuse and fraud prevention), device/browser information

We collect the minimum necessary to operate the Game and keep it safe.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure your account, in-game and on the website
To operate voting, the store, hiscores, and the forum
To detect fraud, spam, and vote or payment abuse
To respond to support tickets, reports, disputes, and legal requests
To communicate service-related notices

3. What we do not do

We do not publicly expose your email address, IP address, authentication data, private messages, or moderation metadata.

4. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most of this from your account:

5. Retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward where needed for security, legal, or moderation records (including audit logs of moderation actions, which are retained to support accountability and disputes).

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who help operate GADSCAPE (e.g. hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls to limit who can view account and moderation data.

8. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

We will post material changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
