GADSCAPE is an independent gaming project. It is not produced, hosted, licensed, or endorsed by Jagex Limited, and does not use the Jagex logo or official RuneScape branding as its own.

What we won't claim

GADSCAPE and its staff will not:

• Describe GADSCAPE as an "Official RuneScape Private Server" or otherwise imply Jagex affiliation
• Use Jagex logos or official-looking RuneScape branding in GADSCAPE's own marketing
• Represent that GADSCAPE provides official Jagex support
• Use domain names or page titles designed to mislead players into believing the game is operated or licensed by Jagex

Third-party trademarks

Other trademarks referenced on the site (e.g. by players describing gameplay) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only, under nominative fair use.

Reporting misuse
